With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of LeRoy Everett Davis I (Seymour, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 17, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Davis and Rosa Davis (Nichalson); his stepmother Marie Davis; his brother Harvey; and his stepsisters, Leah Nichols and Phyllis Pavey.
He is survived by: his sister Loretta E. Davis Riehl; his wife Karen Lavonne Speer; his children, Edie Thompson (Dale), LeRoy Davis II (Donna), Lisa Davis, Betsy Ackeret (Scott), Melissa Shunney (Timothy), Trina'Bean'Willard and Sarah Fisher (Kyle); and his brothers, Larry Dalton and Claude Fouts.
Memorial contributions in LeRoy's honor may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, Inc., or to Seymour Community Church.
