With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Moffitt of Seymour, Indiana, born in Miami, Indiana, who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Moffitt and Ruth Ann Moore; and his brother Greg (Cindy). He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Copeland (Josh) and Jonathan Moffit; his grandchildren, Mailey, Hayden and Ryker; and his siblings, Jim Moffitt (Judy) and Jenni Moffitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
