With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Alexander Thomas of Seymour, Indiana, who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Thomas, Sr.; and his grandparents, James, Fannie Thomas, Melvin and Oneida Blewett.
He is survived by: his mother Veatrice Thomas (Blewett); his brothers, Daniel Thomas, Jr., David Thomas, Jason Thomas and Justin Thomas; his close friend Tina Theilen; his children, Angel Dabner (Thomas), Isaiah Thomas, Keighana Thomas, Jacob Eckstein, Jordan Thomas and Kenny Thomas; and his aunts and uncles, Ralph Blewett, Rickey Pennybaker, Paula Blewett and Rita Perry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
