She was predeceased by: her mother Judith Horn (Brickner); and her stepdaughter Brianne Fluhr. She is survived by: her father Jerald Horn of Columbus; her husband Ralph Coryea; her daughters, Crystal Floyd (Brandon Vincent) of Shepherdsville, KY, Amanda Brock of Seymour and Lindy Pearson (Chris) of Nashville; her grandchildren, Damian, Jacob, Crysta, Jordan, Kyle, Austin, Joey, Jaden and Lily; her great grandchildren, Ares, Athena, Aurora and Astrea; her stepchildren, Curtis Coryea of Seymour and Leah Helblig of Uniontown; and her siblings, Jerry Lee Horn (Julie) of Columbus and Jill East (Devin). She is also survived by ten step grandchildren.
