She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Jones and Christine Smith Jones; her husband Edward Dupree Pack; and her children, Steven A. Pack, Terry E. Pack, Sr., Anthony D. Pack and Christina Engelking.
She is survived by: her children, Dianna M. Mattocks (John) of Seymour and Ronald D. Pack (Cynthia) of Seymour; and her brother Harry Jones (Marlene) of Ohio. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
