He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold'Dutch" Wineinger and Dora Wineinger (Topie); his grandsons, Justin and Dustin Marsh; his son-in-law Kenny Harris; his brother-in-law David Lambert; and his aunts and uncles, Doris, Hazel, Irene, Thelma, Harry and Junior.

He is survived by: his wife Patty Ellen Wineinger (Lucas); his children, Terri Lyn Marsh, Mike Wineinger (Mindy), Stephanie Harris and Holly Posey (JR); his sister Iona Lambert; his grandchildren, Laura Worton (Nate), Matthew Posey (Linda), Kimberly Fague (Clay), Allison Posey, Isaiah Wineinger and Noah Wineinger; his great grandchildren, Ryley Marsh, Laylee Worton, Matison Spencer, Alex Spencer, Isabella Grace Doyle and Annabelle Posey; his niece Heather Hartzell; and his nephew Robert Lambert.
