He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. "Buck" Cummings and Helena "Babe" Cummings (Lutes); his siblings, Virginia "Faye" Arthur, James W. "Dub" Cummings III, Charles "Tom" Cummings, Robert "Bob" Cummings, Howard and Susan McCory; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Ahlbrand and Dave Ahlbrand.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Cummings; his children, Dave "Buster" Cummings (Mary Lou), Kay Cummings (Daniel), Denise Mullikin and Reuben Cummings (Robin); his grandchildren, Katy Geeslin (Bill), David Cummings (Jenna), Dan Cummings (Alina), Ty Schwade (Kari), Laura Cox (Stevie), Cody Schwade, Sean Mullikin (Lauren), Sarah James (Macon), Tiller Cummings, Delaney Cummings (Patrick) and Cali Cummings; his siblings, Betty Taylor and Dick Cummings; and his sister-in-law Sue Ahlbrand. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Frank's honor may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or a charity of your choosing.
