She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Stahl and Elda Schneider Stahl; and her brother Leslie Stahl (Rita). She is survived by: her husband Charles L. "Charlie" Nichols; her children, Michael Nichols (Kathy) of Brownstown, Garry Nichols (Sandy) of Indianapolis, Douglas Nichols (Joan) of Seymour and Trisha Kelly (Mark) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Katie Volk (Scott), Christy Tormoehlen (Nate), Justin Nichols (Alisha), Jessica Stopher (Jon), Stephen Nichols (Rachel), Nathan Nichols (Olivia), Dustin Nichols (Lexie), Cameron Wettschurack (Caleb) and Chad Kelly; and her sister Deloris Wessel (Alan) of Seymour. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and a nephew.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Peter's Lutheran Capital Fund, Trinity Lutheran High School Tuition Assistance Program, or to the Donor's Choice.
