He is survived by: his wife Eileen Scurlock (Anderson) of Seymour, Indiana.; his children, George Scurlock of Greenfield, Brandon Scurlock (Kayla Miller) of Seymour, Indiana., Amy Coleman of Seymour and Brittani Scurlock of Seymour, Indiana.; his siblings, Gary Fiscus Jr., Jerry Fiscus-Allen (Aaron) of Michigan City, Indiana., Jenny Tucker (Jay) of Greenfield, Tina Anderson of Greenfield, Mitzi Hanes (John) of Greenfield and Andrea Fiscus of Greenfield, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Daija Scurlock, Abby Williams and Lauryn Norris.
