She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Austin and Rebecca Forbes (Samford); and her brother Mike Austin. She is survived by: her stepfather Claude Lee Forbes; her children, Kristen Ross (Robert), Brittany Chavez (Alexander), Alex Fox (Natasha Waggoner) and Joshua Neal Fox; her grandchildren, Leilani, Jeremyah, Taylor, Abigail, Brooklyn, Izzy, Madelyn, Brayten, Rielen, Wyatt, Lily, Alexis and London; her siblings, Stephen Forbes, Todd Forbes and Angela Forbes; and her son Gary Fox. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial contribution be made to the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI).
