She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Eugene and Ida Laverne Ballard (Fish); and her siblings, Shorty Eugene Ballard and Rita K. Ballard Lucas. She is survived by: her husband William E. Polly; her children, William Andrew, Amy Van Atta (Bobby) and Amber Garner (Chad); her grandchildren, Casey Pierson, Kaylin Osterman, Logan Garner, Samantha Ghiloni and Brady Garner; her great grandchildren, Aiden Pierson, Kai Pierson, Myles Pierson, Zayli'ana Evans, Harmonie Lynn Pierson and Zy'aire Evans; her sister Linda Ballard Crawford; and her close friend Peggy Polly.
