He is survived by: his wife Alice Frances Sartin; his children, Deborah Lynn Frederick (Robert), Rhonda Jo Holle (Dennis), David Warren Smith, Jr, Linda Ann Stepp (Alvin) and Angela Kay Luedeman (Larry); his grandchildren, Ray Frederick (Katie), Jon Frederick (Amanda), Jeffrey Frederick (Abbie), Danny Holle (Morgan), Amber Williams (Ben), Kevin Holle, Chris Smith (Kristy), Jackie Smith, Ellie Smith, Matt Fleenor (Jamie), Mitch Fleenor, Cole Luedeman and Mara Luedeman; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Tripp, Marina, Vanessa, Zoe, London, Taylor, Riley, River, Gabe and Sage.
