He is survived by: his parents, David Fish, Sr. of Spraytown and Anita Wheeler Smith of Seymour; his children, Madge Fish of North Vernon, Taylor Fish of Indianapolis and David Fish III of Seymour; his grandchildren, Abigail Fish, Aubrey and Wesley Davis; and his siblings, Joey Engleking, Jimmy Fish, Angela Stovall and Christina Greer.
