He is survived by: his siblings, JB and Isabelle Belton; his spouse Shirley Dale Seal; his children, Randall Michael Karnes (Kim), Sandra Gale Karnes, Jack Seal Karnes, Robin Lee Karnes Cummings (Reuben) and Jason Burnelle Karnes; his friend Tavern; and his grandchildren, Tiller, Jackson, Delaney, Jacob, Cali, Joslyn and Joel. He is also survived by his friends, antiquing with his wife.
Memorials may be made in Jack Karnes's name to the American Legion for his final expenses in care of Robin Cummings.
