He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fouts; his children, Jean Fouts and Brian Fouts (Donetta K.); his siblings, Doris Laymon, Marilyn Spangler, Carolyn Markley, Barbara Fouts and Gene Fouts; his grandsons, David Fouts and Matthew Fouts; and his great grandchildren, Crew Michael Fouts and Lily Mae Fouts.
