She is survived by: her sons, Gordon Michael Surenkamp of Seymour, IN and Mark Steven Surenkamp of Bloomington; her siblings, Hubert "Junior" Guinn of Cortland and Ida Mae Stahl of Cortland; her granddaughter Cathleen JoAnn Nesmith (Ryan) of Rock Hill, SC; and her great grandchild Cole Nesmith.
