She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sweet and Clara Sweet (Downs); her husband Charles A. Scull; her siblings, Richard Embry and Judith Smith (Don); and her nephews, Charlie and Donnie Smith.
She is survived by: her son Matthew Hurley (Kathy); her grandchildren, Monica Hurley, Jessica Hurley (Mike Holliday) and Matt Hurley (Kristen); and her sister-in-law Gladys Embry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Carolyn's honor may be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
