She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Greathouse and Beulah Greathouse (Shelton); her husband Preston "Bob" Malone; her son Robert Dale "Bobby" Malone; and her sister Frances (Ene).
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Layton (Malone) and Mark Malone; her grandchildren, Robert, Candi, Autumn, Laurielle and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Collin, Eveline, Mattlyn, Evan, Jensen and Brielle; her great great grandchildren, Kylie and Preston; her sister Sharron; and also Denny Allman.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seymour Christ Temple Apostolic Church (607 Euclid Ave, Seymour, IN 47274). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery (1603 Shields Ave, Seymour, IN 47274).
Memorial contributions in Betty's honor may be made out to the Seymour Christ Temple Apostolic Church or to a charity of the donor's choosing.
