He was predeceased by: his father George W. Hart; his grandparents, Willie, Chiquitha Godsey (Hayes), Arthur and Rose Hart (Stogdill); and his aunts, Kim Hart Cockerham and Sherry Godsey Slater.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Godsey Hart of Seymour; his sons, Ethan, Noah and Aiden Hart; the mother of his children Amy of Seymour; his sister Christie Sturgeon (RJ) of Columbus; and his niece Cora Sturgeon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
