He is survived by: his wife Pam Evans (Hutchinson) of Seymour, Indiana; his daughters, Belinda Lawburgh (John) of Versailles, Joanna Sawalich (Mike) of Kentucky and Angela Sadler (Mark) of Indiana; his stepdaughter Kaley Caudill (Brett Scott) of Madison, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Arlene Evans of Versailles, Indiana.. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
