He is survived by: his wife Amanda Champion (Thomas); his children, Chad Austin Champion, Haley Rose (Russell) and Cassidie Perry (James); his father Tom Lambcke; his grandchildren, Easton Champion and Stella Sereia Perry; and his siblings, Toby Champion (Gina) and Kylee Champion Burton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
