It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Evans of Selma, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on April 26, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Linard "Hollis" and Zelptha Slaven (Davis); and her siblings, Hollis Slaven, Randy Slaven, Donald B. Slaven, Cynthia Louise Swafford and Evelyn Betty Jane Slaven.
She is survived by: her husband Randall Scott "Randy" Evans of Selma; her children, Randall Scott Evans, Jr. (Jackie) of Muncie, Robin Evans of Muncie, Linda McClish (Phil) of Lynn, Annette Alfont (Curt) of Muncie and Mistie Moles (Nickodemus) of Muncie; her grandchildren, Steven, Jose, Scottie, Joseph, Makaylla, Breanna, Samantha, Chelsey and Kimberly; her great grandchildren, Thatcher and Aubriella; her siblings, Ronald Slaven (Holly) of Muncie and Brenda Black of Kentucky; and her close friends, Meggy Stephens (Bill) of Muncie and Joyce Johnson of Muncie. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
