Fraley of Sellersburg, Indiana, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Fraley and Marguerite Fraley (Hinkle); and his siblings, Marguerite Dreher and Ronnie Fraley. He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Fraley (Betty) of Sellersburg, Clarence Fraley (Lena) of Charlestown, Doug Fraley (Karen) of Sellersburg and Doris Fraley of Sellersburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
