He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lowe and Mildred Lowe (Smith); and his siblings, Stewart Sellers and Garnett Martin. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Broaddus; and his children, Alice Tonkin (Glenn) of Carbondale, PA, Debbie Roehm (Terry) of Monroe, NC, Melanie Smith (Greg) of Sun Lakes, AZ and Tom Lowe (Leah) of Charlestown, IN.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, and 13 great grandchildren.
