He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Lou Stiffey. He is survived by: his children, Paul Stiffey, Jr. (Marianne) of Charlestown and Penny Elliott (David) of Sellersburg; his grandchildren, Glen Elliott, Kaycee Peterson, Tiffany Doss and Phillip Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, Phoebe Houston, Alexis Elliott, Henry Doss, Egwene Jefferson and Mallori Peterson.
