He is survived by: his wife Brenda Baize of Sellersburg; his children, Tere Yvette Baize of Sellersburg and Patrick "Steven" Baize (Tonya) of New Albany; his sister Cheryl Holt of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Parker Baize, Paige Baize, Devin Beaver, Chris Beaver, Seneca Shireman and Dane Shireman; and his great grandchildren, Alec Beaver and Tristyn Beaver.
