He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Duckworth and Nellie Duckworth (Chatterton); and his former wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Judy Blankenship; his sons, Paul Duckworth (Sue) and Ian "Jack" Duckworth (Sarah); his siblings, Audrey Myers and Christopher Duckworth (Sandra); his grandchildren, Hannah, Matthew, Ashley and Alex Duckworth (Jocelyn); and his stepchildren, Valerie, Jerry and Brent. He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren.
