He was predeceased by: his father Colen Gene Cooke; and his siblings, William "Bill" Cooke and Lana Sartini. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Gregory Cooke; his mother Matilda Graf Cooke; his son Joseph "Joey" Cooke; his stepson Josh Gregory; and his brother Ronald Cooke (Debora). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
