JoAnna Ooley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2025, at the age of 86, JoAnna Ooley of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Sullivan and Flora Sullivan (Voyles); her husband Lawrence Ooley; and her siblings, Don, Bob, Jack, Tony Sullivan, Wilma Sullivan, Mayetta Kersey, Bonnie Roberts, Jean Holsapple and Mary Emerson.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Ooley (Deborah) of Fisherville, Joseph Ooley of Borden, Shawn Ooley (Cheryl) of Colorado Springs and Tonya Ooley of Sellersburg; and her sisters, Sue Saylor (Dave) of Pekin and Delores Neeley of Martinsburg. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dawalt Funeral Home (204 E Market St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at the Crown Hill Cemetery.
