She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Slack; and her son Joshua Lee Slack. She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanette Rigdon (Rob) and Jennifer L. Smith; her grandchildren, Felicia Savage (Kyle), James Scott (Stephanie), Victoria Semones (Dan), Brianna Slack, Heather Slack and Haley Price (Anthony); and her siblings, Mike Blackman and Patty Forde. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
