Fowler Fraze of Charlestown; her husband Donald Twigg; her daughter Christy Phillips (Mike) of Sellersburg; her grandsons, Scotty Phillips (Skye) of Scottsburg, IN, Christopher Phillips (Shanaia) of Jeffersonville, IN and Shawn Phillips (Angelica) of Louisville, KY; her great grandchildren, Remmington Phillips, Gracelynn Dickmeyer and Wesson Meredith; her siblings, David Fraze of Sellersburg, Doyle Fraze (Sharon) of Charlestown, Bobby Fraze of Charlestown, Wendell Fraze (Lisa) of Corbin, KY, Debbie Quinn of Charlestown and Sheila Twigg (Russell) of Sellersburg; and her sisters-in-law, Pam Cole of Sellersburg and Debra Cox of Clarksville, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
