She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Singleton and Fayme Pleasant Singleton. She is survived by: her husband Terry Newton; her children, Rick Newton (Susan) of Charlestown and Michele Newton of Sellersburg; her sister Eunice Pollack of Hardinsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Daniel Newton (Sarah) of Crestwood, KY and Rebecca McKee (Aaron) of Jeffersonville, IN; and her great grandchildren, June, Jackson and Grace.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home-Charlestown (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life Celebration Service.
