She is survived by: her children, Scott Pendygraft (Diane) of Morningview, Susan Reid of Clarksville and Lynne Choate of Shepherdsville; and her grandchildren, Kyle Pendygraft, Ben Pendygraft, Josh Baldwin (Heather), Nick Baldwin (Nikki), Kailee Pendygraft, Emilee Isenberg (Brady), Megan Deaton (Shelby), Thomas Choate and Casey Choate. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
