He is survived by: his wife Patricia Barlow of Sellersburg; his children, Ernie Barlow of Arlington, Michelle Padgett of Sellersburg and Anita Hester of Port Orange; his brothers, Michael Barlow (Marilyn) of Hustonville and Tommy Barlow (Mary) of Harrodsburg; and his grandchildren, Justin Barlow of Sellersburg, Sammy Padgett of Sellersburg and Lilly Padgett of Sellersburg.
