He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine H. Fiveash (Hunt). He is survived by: his father Charles Eden Fiveash; his wife Charlene Fiveash (Swisher); his children, Clorisa Marie Fiveash-Adams of Sellersburg, IN, Christina L. Collins (Travis) of Clarksville, IN and Carmon E. Fiveash (April) of Henryville, IN; his grandchildren, Skyelar Fiveash, Alexis Fiveash, Bryse Adams, Tristan Collins and Caleb Fiveash; and his sisters, Yvonnie Reep (Steve) of Stone Mountain and Teresa McKinzie of Snellville, Georgia. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Homes & Crematory (209 S Ferguson St, Henryville, IN 47126). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory (209 S Ferguson St, Henryville, IN 47126).
