She was predeceased by: her husband Max Creek; her son Max Creek; and her siblings, Judy Nygard, Arthur Haynes, John Haynes and Dwight Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Martin of Sellersburg, Michael Creek of Lafayette and Brian Creek of Jackson, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Theodore Creek, Simon Creek, Jamie Farber, Shana Skirvin, Jared Mann and Trevor Martin; and her great grandchildren, Ian Farber, Kaci Strong and Tyler Creek.
