She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smiley and Anna Smiley (Shrewsberry); her husband Donald Ruddell, Sr.; and her son William "Bill" Ruddell. She is survived by: her children, Donald Ruddell, Jr. (Lisa) of The Villages and Mary Lewis (John) of Lakewood Ranch; and her daughter-in-law Regina Ruddell of Westville, Indiana.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
