He was predeceased by: his mother Everita A. Scarbrough Shepard. He is survived by: his father John R. Shepard; and his siblings, Betty Shepard, Everett Shepard (Wanda) and Max Shepard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
