He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Headrick and Dorothy Smith (Stone). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Headrick; his children, Kathy Carrion (Pete), Karen Minton (Rick), Robert Headrick (Karen), Travis Dunn (Megan), Melissa Viers (Stanley), Brandy Quinn (Gaylon) and Skip Westmoreland; and his siblings, Evelyn Daugherty and Alford Headrick (Amy). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
