It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Lee Williams of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tyler Rowland and Sinda Tirey Rowland; and her siblings, Lawrence Rowland, Alice Clemmons, Lilly Mae Moore, Louise Pace and Glenna Bell.
She is survived by: her husband James E Williams; her son Charles E Williams (Penny) of Scottsburg; her grandchildren, Loretta Hall, Destinie Williams, Tamara Campbell and Destany Helton; and her siblings, Nathan Rowland of Hamilton, OH and Nadeene Reid of Hamilton, OH.. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
