He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Rice, Sr. and Margaret Vivian Rice (Arbuckle). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Rice; his children, Charlotte Ann Johnson of Ft. Myers, Peggy Sue Perry (Randy) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Walter T. Rice, Jr. (Linda) of Ferdinand, Indiana; his stepchildren, William Lee Anderson (Jean) of Michigan, Roberta Coats (Loren) of Pekin, Joyce Ann Godfrey (Jon) of Borden, Debbie Lockard (Terry) of Salem and Amanda Sue O'Keefe of Pekin, Indiana; his siblings, Peggy Joan Everley (Bill) of Florida, Jane Rutherford of Florida and Casper Rice, Jr. (Linda) of Florida; his grandchildren, Matthew Perry (Stephanie), Laura Jones (Travis), Michael Rice, Jeffery Rice (Ashley), Tammy Hoppenjans (Nick) and Eli Johnson (Catherine); and his aunt Charlotte Millard Arbuckle. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
