She is survived by: her daughters, Alysa Leigh Smith (Ryan Miles) of Henryville, Nicole Cynthia Smith of Jeffersonville and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Smith of Scottsburg, Indiana; and her siblings, Jody Austin (Lisa) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Dione Jewell (Ernie) of Kentucky. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
