He is survived by: his wife Neva Jean Franklin (Barger) of Scottsburg; his daughters, Terri Lynn Franklin (Mike) of Little York and Laura Lucille Mull (Darren) of Little York, Indiana; his brother Dennis Franklin of Scottsburg, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Jerrica, Terry, Alex, Ashley, Travis and Tanner; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Ava, Anna, Leala, Emma, Meagan, Jenna, Justice and Zanden.
