She was predeceased by: her father Doug Talley. She is survived by: her mother Sondra Collinsworth Fewell (Kent) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her husband Harry Lee Johnson; and her son Jaden Johnson of Scottsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
