She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Smith; her children, Richard "Rich" Smith (Mary) of Scottsburg, Indiana, April Barr (Tom) of Nashville and Sharon Huddle (Brad) of Indianapolis, Indiana; her grandchildren, Matt Barr, Andrea Pisano, Alex Smith, Emily Smith and Katherine Parker; and her great grandchildren, Justin, Micah Pisano, Bennett Smith and Charlotte Parker.
