We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2024, at the age of 81, Sue Bloom of Scottsburg, Indiana, born in Underwood, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elson Levi Rose and Agnes Lorene Rose (Broady); her husband Bernard Charles Bloom; her sister Shirley Walker; and her great grandchild Cordell Bloom.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Coartney (Stacy) of Crestwood, Kentucky and Chris Bloom of Madison; her siblings, Mexica Hilty of Ohio, Donnie Rose (Jo) of Underwood, Indiana and Loyd Rose (Sandra) of Underwood, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kelissa Bloom, Jonathan, Evan, Cate, Ella Coartney and Isabella Strosberg; and her great grandchildren, Seth Berggren and Kysen Bloom. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial Contributions can be made to Southern Care Hospice or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
