He is survived by: his mother Suzanna Henning (Harris); his son Jacob Ballard; his siblings, David Spencer, Robert Joseph Ballard, Paul Ballard, Candy Couch, Rachel Fitch and Patti Yost; his aunts and uncles, Tony Ballard, Howard Harris, Janet Roach, Bonnie Tucker, Linda Edens, Le Ann Solomon and Peggy Parrish; his cousin Melissa Schindler; and his niece Juliann Ballard.
