He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carlisle and Louise Carlisle (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Carlisle (Noe) of Lexington; his daughter Stephanie Kirby (Tracy) of Lexington, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Leighanna Cunningham (Kris) of Scottsburg, Tyler Kirby (Kariann) of Bowling Green and Shelby Kirby of Marion, Indiana.; his great grandchildren, Bren Kirby and Graeme Kirby; and his sisters, Virginia Rutherford (Bob) of Scottsburg and Sheila Barrett of Scottsburg, Indiana..
