He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley R. Everett and Pauline Lee Culler. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Abbott of Scottsburg, Indiana and David Everett (Karen) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Abbott (Amanda), Michael Abbott, Benjamin Everett (Chynelle), Jared and Ryan Everett.
