She was predeceased by: her son Steven Douglas Cain; her father Owen Arnold; her stepmother Dorothy Arnold; her mother Letha Johnson; her stepfather Lige Johnson; and her siblings, Vera Rude, James and Leland Byrer.

She is survived by: her husband Don Cain; her sons, Jeff Cain (Ruth) of Melbourne and Gary Cain (Denise) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her siblings, Kenny Arnold (Susie) of Columbus, Eddie Arnold (Teri) of Lexington, Indiana, Debbie Courtney of Madison, Indiana, Phyllis Silence of Scottsburg and Patty Burch (Arthur) of Dothan, Alabama; her grandchildren, Ryan Cain (Sara), Tiarra English (John), Brianna Kohnke (Kyle) and Jessica Cain; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Cruise, Layla English, Kylee, Adara, Michael Cain, Varonicca, Esmee, Wendy and Freya Kohnke.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Phi Beta Psi Cancer Research c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
